Our client procure a wide variety of goods and services and undertake execution of works in pursuance of their duties and responsibilities. With a view to improving transparency in decision making in procurement and reducing the scope for subjectivity, clients prepared a set of category such as Procurement of Work, Procurement of Good & Procurement of Service. Approval & Procurement documents are important services in a time bound manner is the hallmark of Good Governance. Client has time and again initiated steps for improving the service delivery. The objective of this document is to define the system, its requirements with respect to the users and usages apart from defining the scope of the assignment and features of the web-based system.

The primary objective of the ‘Procurement Workflow Management System’ would be to provide an End to End process flow based automated system for all users. It would be a complete webbased application package to ease the existing manual procedure of Procurement Workflow Management System which would serve as a complete solution to track and monitor the process.

The idea behind implementing this system using a Web based application would be to enable onboarding scheme data / user database / workflow procedures and provide the end user a seamless experience of portability and accessibility. A list of salient features and functionalities has been cited below giving a brief about the concept and traits of the workflow for better understanding of the system.
